Warranty Policy

Intellicube Limited Warranty

Intellicube stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our outdoor TV lift cabinets. This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from www.theintellicube.com or from authorized Intellicube sales channels.

For warranty support, customers must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Warranty Period

Cabinet Materials Warranty — 60 Months
Covers cabinet materials such as aluminum alloy, sheet metal, plastic components, weather resistance, and corrosion protection under normal use conditions and proper installation.

Electronic Components Warranty — 36 Months
Covers the automatic lift system, motor, controller, remote control, and related electronic components under normal use conditions.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal residential or commercial use, when the product is installed, operated, and maintained according to the user manual.

If Intellicube confirms a covered defect, we may provide one or more of the following solutions:

Repair guidance
Replacement parts
Remote technical support
Product repair or replacement when necessary

Intellicube may request photos, videos, or other documentation to verify the issue before approving warranty service.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper operation, or incorrect installation
Damage caused during relocation, transportation, accidental drops, or customer handling
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
Damage caused by lightning, power surges, incorrect voltage, or electrical system issues
Damage caused by extreme weather, flooding, liquid spills, or other external environmental factors
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, stains, or damage from improper cleaning
Products with altered, unreadable, or missing serial numbers, model numbers, or certification labels
Installation, removal, setup, adjustment, programming, or customer education costs
Products not installed or used according to Intellicube instructions

Warranty Service Conditions

This warranty does not include free on-site repair service. Remote technical support is available.

If on-site service is required and available in the customer’s area, additional service charges may apply.

For quality-related issues confirmed by Intellicube, we will provide the appropriate warranty solution based on the condition of the product and the nature of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Intellicube is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless prohibited by applicable law. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
